Dear Classics Community,

This is a friendly reminder that this year’s Saturday Seminar is quickly coming upon us! Please join with your Classics colleagues Saturday, March 7th for a day of discussions about resources and methods for your students and your classroom. 

There will be a twenty dollar ($25) charge to cover coffee, pastries, lunch and materials. You can bring a check with you. You may register online at https://forms.gle/hahwJYykDSqpAb2W6 or by e-mail at bartolonatoli@rmc.edu as late as 5 pm, Tuesday, March 3, 2025. Materials will be made available via Dropbox. 

As always, attendance at Saturday Seminar can be counted toward Professional Development hours.

10:15 – 11:00: Lavinia Finds Her Voice, Helena Jeny, Chesapeake Public Schools

11:15 – 12:00: Hands-On Byzantium: Teaching Visual Analysis through Creative Production, Nadhira Hill, Randolph-Macon College

12:15 – 1:15: Lunch, Trustees Room, 2nd Floor, Estes Dining Hall

1:30 – 2:15: Navigating the New AP Latin Exam: A View from the AP Development Committee, Bartolo Natoli, Randolph-Macon College
